About the role

We are looking for both physiotherapy and occupational therapy graduates who are passionate about improving the lives of others and keen to grow their careers rapidly.

We acknowledge that as a graduate, you will be keen to experience a diversified graduate program, which includes working in residential aged care facilities, as well as working in other areas like community care and NDIS.

We also understand that as a graduate, you will need support both professionally and personally. We will create a personalised career plan, with regular mentor meetings, and ongoing professional learning.

Our graduate program also allows you to further develop your other skills as an Allied Health professional: including help you to build your own case load or become team leaders in the near future. As part of your service offerings, you will be travelling and meeting clients in the community, building strong relationships with NDIS support coordinators, and even participate in business development to shape the future of our organisation.

Requirements for this role:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Registration with AHPRA (or eligible to obtain registration with AHPRA)
  • Police check clearance
  • Covid vaccination as per State government requirements
