Optimum Healthcare Australia (OHA) understands there are times when planned sessions cannot go ahead. However, costs are incurred by OHA regardless and we aim to balance client and organisational financial interests in relation to cancellations and no-shows in order to minimise the negative effect on both parties.
Cancellations
To cancel an appointment, you can contact the office on 1300 88 56 10 or 0411 236 259.
Notice Periods
If you provide more than 24hours notice, then no cancellation fee will apply. However, if you cancel less than 24hours prior to your appointment or you’re not present for the appointment, we will be forced to charge 100% of the scheduled fee plus any travel completed.
Special Circumstances
Charges may be waived if there is a significant, unforeseen event. We may review and waive the charge a as goodwill gesture. However, this is up to our discretion.
Frequent cancellations
To respect the clinician’s time and ensure we can service clients on our waitlist, if there are three or more consecutive cancellations or if three out of five cancellations occur, we reserve the right to cancel further services.

Anyone who is on the NDIS or has a Home Care Package recipient is able to access our services.
We offer flexible durations ranging from 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions to suit individual goals and needs
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria and can assist clients in North, West and Eastern Metro Melbourne.

Yes! Our clinicians offer mobile service to provide treatment int he comfort of your own home.

Yes! Our clinicians are experienced with assistive technology (equipment) and home modifications.
All out clinicians hold an AHPRA or equivalent qualifications in their respective fields so you know you’re in safe hands.
