Enhance Primary Care Plans (EPC Plans) are a government initiative that allows people with chronic injuries (one that has or will be present for 6 months time or more) to access professional services to assist with the management of their condition. 

Medicare rebates are available for a maximum of 5 allied health services per patient in a calendar year.
